About me

Careful, people-first and detail-driven

My path runs from a hospital ward in Zimbabwe to human services and healthcare study in Massachusetts. Each step taught me to follow procedures exactly, keep accurate records, and treat sensitive information with care.

My story

In Zimbabwe I worked as an Assistant Administrator at Lopfatec, organizing project files, permits, invoices and contracts, and keeping project records up to date. I then joined Parirenyatwa Hospital in Harare as a Patient Care Assistant. I provided bedside care to eight patients per shift, monitored vital signs and followed strict infection-control protocols.

After moving to Massachusetts, I earned an Associate Degree in Human Services at Mount Wachusett Community College with a 3.6 GPA. While studying I coordinated the campus food pantry, handling inventory audits and confidential intake records. I went on to study social work at Salem State University, and studied healthcare prerequisites and Liberal Arts at Bunker Hill Community College (2025–2026).

Today I bring those strengths to AI training: evaluating model answers, writing clear English prompts and answers, and helping AI systems respond safely and helpfully on health and wellbeing topics. I have also authored an expert benchmark task that tests AI agents on real U.S. government utility data.

Values

What you can expect from me

Guidelines first

In clinical work, protocols exist for a reason. I treat annotation guidelines the same way, and ask when something is unclear instead of guessing.

Confidentiality

I've handled patient information and confidential intake records. Sensitive data stays private and is used only for the task.

People first

Behind every prompt is a person. I judge answers by whether they would truly help someone who is worried, unwell or struggling.

FAQ

Common questions

What kind of AI projects are you looking for?

Remote English-language projects: rating and ranking model responses, reviewing writing quality, evaluating health, caregiving and wellbeing answers, safety evaluation, data labeling, and writing prompts and reference answers.

Are you a licensed nurse or clinician?

No. I worked as a Patient Care Assistant and have studied healthcare prerequisite sciences. That experience helps me spot inaccurate or unsafe caregiving advice. For projects that require licensed clinical reviewers, I'm happy to work alongside them.

What hours can you work?

I work remotely with flexible hours and am based on U.S. Eastern time. I can usually accommodate project deadlines and time-zone overlap with your team.

Do you work in languages other than English?

Shona is my native language. My services focus on English, but I'm glad to discuss projects that also need Shona.

How do I get started?

Send a short message through the contact page describing the project, task type and timeline. I'll reply with my availability.
